Customer Misconceptions
You can read all the "Customer Misconceptions" by going here.

Sure, it's totally OK for you to cal at 7:27 in the morning, and expect one of us to come down to your office & set up a computer to be fully working by 7:30 in the morning. Never mind the fact that none of the techs in that group are even here yet, nor are the networking folks to verify that the wall jack you want it connected to is even hot. Oh yeah, and it's totally OK to side step the whole needing-a-ticket requirement for equipment :) [By :skippytpodar / 2012-07-30 ]

  • "I know you need 5 days notice, but they started this morning" "Great, they'll be sitting idle for 5 days because you didn't send in the paperwork on time. Not my emergency..." -Captain Trips
  • Wait till 5:05pm and they've gone home to leave a message, "I'm sorry, could you provide the ticket number associated with this request, if you don't have one, please submit a request and if you can't find it, please be patient till someone can!" -spectreoflife
