Within
30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) and return any unopened items you purchased directly from TechSupportStore.com,
for a full refund of the purchase price of the items. We'll also refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We
cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days
after delivery.
For
warranty exchange due to manufactures defective goods: Tech Support Store
will examine on a case by case basis for warranty claims due to manufactures
defective goods. All items featured at TechSupportStore.com, have a 30 manufactures
warranty for quality products. Should any item fail due to a manufactures
defect with-in the warranty period, you must first obtain a RMA and then
ship the defective merchandise to Tech Support Store for inspection. After
inspection, a exact replacement part will be shipped at no cost if the examination
shows the defect was due to manufactures defect.
Note:
For all electrical goods warranty returns, the item must not show signs
of handling or installation error.

Be sure to have the exact item number of the defective merchandise, the
purchase date, and the reasons the item is defective. A representative will
issue a RMA number for the return merchandise. The merchandise must be shipped
back with the RMA included in the package along with the reason the merchandise
is being returned.
