TSC IRC

Need a cool IRC channel to hang it while at home or at the job? You know what it is like, your talking to this total lunatic on the phone, and you just want to tell someone about it! Well that is what IRC is for, if your not familiar with what IRC is, it stands for Internet Relay Chat. If you want to know more about IRC and would like to download an IRC client "so you can chat" go here. This site is dedicated to a very popular IRC client called MIRC. Need one for your Mac? try this one www.ircle.com.

If you are a star member you can access a web based JAVA applet in the members area.

Here are what you will need to know to get into the channel:
IRC Server: irc.nightstar.net
Channel: tsc

IRC Notes

For those having trouble connecting to the #tsc chat on irc.nightstar.net. Due to the recent spambot infestation, port 6667 has been closed on DeepThought, Blargh, and Troika in an effort to improve network stability and reduce server load. Ports 6660 through 6666, 6668, and 6669 are still available for use. - deskmonkey

For those of you firewalled-out of getting to TSC's IRC channel due to firewall restrictions, there IS a web-based link available that tunnels off your site on port 80 TCP, which should work. The site is Polish, but the actual workings aren't. Use the "Advanced" link in the box to bring up the ability to switch the port as deskmonkey showed above: http://irc.myapple.pl/ - Grue
