Maybe those old jokes are funny the first tiem you hear thme in one day (or in one week, please) but over and over in the same day - not funny. The comebacks are so frequent it's like they're on a bungy cord -K1W1
You said in a comment today " A friend of mine thought it was the funniest thing when he read of a course in a local college that teaches people how to navigate the file manager in Windows and other such mundane tasks." I teach those courses :) you'd be surprised a) how popular they are and b) how many people find them quite hard! I teach M$Office too. Sigh... but it brings in the $$. -Mahal
