Bio: I`ve been working in tech support since 1996, and in that time, I`ve seen a lot of stupid things from a lot of stupid people. I've been downsized, laid off, and once I was fired for not hitting the Mute button at the right time (customer didn't hear me, but my supervisor did). I currently reside in the Greatest City in the Known Universe, and am working to further the spread of mindless international bureaucracy.
