Griffin2020 - I had a Professional Engineer (Civil) print up an estimate in Excel. 11x17, area to be paved, type of fill, right down to the cost of paint for parking stripes. It was so pretty we wanted to use it as a template. Then we noticed that there wasn't a single equation in the file. Every quantity had been calculated and typed in manually. And when we DID put in the equations? Nothing added up. We ended up losing money on that contract. -Divinar
