Hey Jack! I USED to handle slightly more than half of the In-Store tech orders. But recently, they decided that regardless of who takes them in, they only want ONE of us doing the In-Store work. Since we have just lost our main specialist (Military Obligations. Bless Him...) the one doing our In-Store now has been given a larger workload, but is only in the store 3-4 times a week! They've turned the rest of into pencil-pushers and salespeople. (They're just shooting themselves in the foot!)
But to get off my high horse, I don't have any questions right now about In-Home. You'll be the FIRST to know if I do! :) -udoshan
