Bio: I Remember using an Apple ][ plus to login to BBS's when I was ten (must have been in 1985 or so) - Now I do internet support for a major rural telco. When I started, the attitude was "fix the issue". Now it is very QA-based with a lot of emphasis on short calls and specific types of phraseology.
