As a tech who's had to deal with a Dreamcast and Internet connections before (my ex-roomies were PSO1 players)... I feel your pain. The broadband connectors were expensive here in north america, so I ended up just signing them up for 3web (which was free at the time) :) -WildKard
I don't necessarily agree with the 80% comment that was made either, Jonos. As you pointed out, I didn't make that statement. As far as people that post here, my philosophy is that they are competent techs until they prove themselves otherwise. I repeat: My problem with AOL will always be with upper management, marketing, and the software designers, not the techs that have no say in the product they support. Just a note that as of August 15, I'm re-employed. High-speed tech support with Bell Canada (Sympatico), servicing Ontario and Quebec. Pays less, but my soul feels cleaner. ~Jonos -Jonos
