Bio: I am not crazy, I am sane. I must remember to tell myself that constantly, until I go to work. Then I am driven crazy by all the clueless callers who call in trying to get help and the management staff who is trying to pork over the callers for call volume. As you can tell I am a tech type of person, and you can guess my hobbies, why else would I be subjecting myself to this.
