psst... Zentar *is* the baby mama. -Mushroom Welcome to TSC! Glad your first post got such a nice response! :) -halfstarfish Sowie, Shujin....*slinks to the LART proof bunker in disgrace*
-halfstarfish LOL @ " di-folgers crystal energized " -concept14 I have had 3 bouts with cancer in 13 years.I was first diagnosed in 1991, then again in 2000, then last year. You and your family are in my thoughts...and don't worry, I'll never give up the battle, until the war is won. -persephone Yes, ST:TOS was hokey. It was the late 60's. I still liked it. Had a HUGE crush on Spock. :) -snowcrash I am terribly sorry for your loss. I can only begin imagine how you might feel and what you might be going through. There is a poem that the owner of the funeral home I work for likes to read for friends and close families that he knows. It is called "When Tomorrow Starts Without Me" (by David Romano) and I read it for my wife's family when her father passed away nearly two years ago. I managed to find a simply laid out version here: http://www.sinjiadesign.com/index5.html -virtualchoirboy Hey. I was doing some surfing earlier today and I found a site, www.buffnet.net/~tribble, which led me to another site, www. practicallyimpractical.com/ which led me to pictures of a trip to Japan and Australia. I was just wondering if that was you...and if Joan is Fujin/TieGress? If not, please accept my apologies for my error. If so, please accept my greatest condolences for your loss. Those pictures really brought it home for me. Joan was a beautiful, vibrant woman, but if I say too much more about this I'm going to end up bawling my head off. Peace to you, your daughter, and to Fujin. -viennasausage Very good, vienna.. That's her / us. Please enjoy the Japan/Australia trip section.. and be well. -ShujinTribble Shujin, I just wanted to offer my condolances even though you don't really know me. I have 4 more days until my 10th anniversary of becoming a widower so I understand and know how you feel. Please keep your chin up. -FrontSideBus I am so sorry to hear news of your loss. All of us here in the Nazreel family send you our commiserations and love. -Nazreel I am so sorry to hear news of your loss. All of us here in the Nazreel family send you our commiserations and love. -Nazreel It's been a little better than 20 years for me since I was standing in a similar place. That little one of yours will be the best medicine for you. My kids got me through the worst of it, gave me a reason to keep going and a way to keep his memory alive. I still miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. -MamaTech Firstly, my condolences to you. I've been married just under a year, and I'm terrified at the thought of losing my husband at any point. Your strength amazes me, and I pray that you continue to have strength. Secondly, thank you for your concerns for my fertility :) I'm only 24, so waiting another year or two isn't too much of a risk... I don't want to wait until 30! Again, I pray that God continues to be with you as you continue in your struggle. -Nonamys Nice star.
-halfstarfish ST i am so terribly sorry for you and your families loss.i was going to post to you earlier but my daughter decided to wake up and demand a story or twelve so i had to oblige.i have been heavily sick for the last three years with an as yet undiagnosed illness.all they can tell me is that im sick,im gettin worse and they cant do anything.im telling you this (that some friends of mine know nothing about) because for the last three years i have been drawing my strength from my daughter.she had been my only light and i derive all my strength and will from her.i hope you can do the same at this tough time. -starfishmagnet ST - congrats on the star! Glad ta see that you're still with us! -Ulfgaard I'm hoping you'll accept it as a big *HUG* from all at TSC. -A4e4f4e ST - if ya feel like a road trip, come on down to see us at the Blue Water BBQ next weekend, and bring TinyTribble, too! -Ulfgaard third nipple/golden gun?? -starfishmagnet Damn you! It's been 10 straight minutes since I read your comment to my comment and I'm still laughing like I'm possesed! If I don't stop laughing in 5 minutes or get my dollar and my taco by then I'm sueing you! ;-) :D :D :D -TheGhost Shujin, do you have a Paypal account we can send donations to? I can't afford much, but I'll send something. -TechieSidhe I don't want to sound trite, but I would take my problems from a year ago(nasty custody battle with child safety issues) over your (much more difficult) situation anytime. My heart aches for you and your family. -srteach Shujin, that was great! I was bored to death working on saturday with absolutely nothing to do but read the TSC, and I stumbled upon your comment/reference to Schrodinger (sp?). I'm still laughing like possesed half an hour later! <LROTFL!!> -TheGhost yes it was an accident. litteraly 8 years ago. my friends dad ran an ISP and the main rig was in the basemant. we were having a small lan party and decided quakeTF would rock. setup what we misidentified as the not doing anything servers as the quake servers- realised something when wrong when the net connection droped off the face of the earth. we then realised what servers we accidently just took over.. and tried to correct the problem. -Harm The new Lart Shelter is in Antarctica. It has hundreds of caverns. You were instantly transported there from Customer Emails – 1481 Spam Subject. You were given a transporter watch. Take your French gal and go to your private room, located on the 20th sublevel, section c, number 44. -JackMackle no..I think you mis-read the post...there are NO emergency lights in the men's room...it was completely dark. -da5ve re some bonehead forgetting his wife's name: How about 'vituperally enraged?' (not a word, try vituperation for the base I started from...) -CTYankee If you don't get enough pHpBB tips from the people here, you could try the crazy people at http://xegnet.net/ (select the forum named Xegony). Just tell 'em Milli sent you so they can be properly annoyed with me. :) -TechMama in the section about becomming a star memember on the main page, there is a link called 'gift someone a star memebership' in the last line. or if the link is acting up emailing hawk always does the trick -rhiannon ST: Gifting a star is done from the front page. The prompt only shows up if it has been one day or more since the last star was purchased; it's up as I write. In the same paragraph as the usual "It has been 1 day since..." -chazz Thank you for the comment. I agree, anything to protect the kids. Anything, with no limits, whatsoever. I still hurt for yours and Tiny Tribbles' loss. -srteach Jaunting: "Gully Foyle is my name / Terra is my nation / Deep space is my dwelling place / The Stars My Destination." Yeah, I'm an old fart too. -concept14 ^_^ ::Hugs ST:: Your name's initials are the same as Star Trek's! YOU'RE COOL! :) ~~~ST~~~> (Tail huggle!) -TranceGemini your obscure bbc reference to companions and the doctor could be infringing on my territory, mate ;))) hugs to the tinytribble from the antipodes! -timelady Finally got a chance to do some research about your little deskjet and I have bad news - the printer is not designed to play well on a network (ie - ain't gonna happen) - suggest basic switch and install the printer locally on both machines. Good Luck!! -frprinterwiz Where on LI, I'd love to meet up for a drink or 10 :p -DedSysOp re: dead people & me knowing hexadecimal...'dead' is a perfectly good number in hex, it is equal to 57,005 in decimal. When fuji said dead+ me + him = deaf people, 'deaf' is also a good no. in hex. -lineswine Hey ST, be sure to PM me with your info and whatnot. My number is readily available if you ask nice. Love to have coffee or something, and hug your daughter! ^_^* SEE YOU SOON HAHAHAHA!!! -TranceGemini Tribble-my mom is dying.. but I found a friend... and it's still soo fucking hard -HappyCrappy Nice crack at a 'Geordie' accent.
N.B. Geodies are people who hail from the city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in the North of England. Gan cannylike, yanaah! -lineswine I luff you Tribble :) <3 <3 -TranceGemini This is a secret- I was thinking of pixel when I saw that... -HappyCrappy "[Ok, who'se the wise guy channelling Burkiss through my keyboard?!] " You channeled me....all night long. Here's your $20. -burrkiss So, you want to bukkake DSO?? ^_^* You guys must've really hit it off ;) -TranceGemini thank you dear, she would be 6 now, and i see her in her siblings every day, so she isnt far away, nor is Tamsyn, or any of the little ones who left before i knew them. i am 5 for 5, ten pregnancies to get my miracles:))) i know i am lucky, and somewhere in a garden, Allira and Tamsyn and all our loved ones look and laugh and wait for us. that certainty keeps me going when i miss them. -timelady santa has been very generous! i once read a scifi story sugesting you just twist a tesseract into a klein's bottle shaoe, and ut yrself into it, and voila, time travel. i love tesseracts btw:) blame carl sagan *sigh, big teen crush*. -timelady Does the fact that Ive been dating her for over 5 years count :) -neuman1812 Regarding makking network cables: The way the wires are paired is kinda critical. What I use is: Orange-white, orange, green-white, blue, blue-white, green, brown-white, brown. And the two ends should look identical -- same order in each end. -chazz Rick Mercer's 'Talking To Americans' should be required learning material for High School Students in the USA.....Yes, yes it should be! -RandalGraves Rick Mercer's 'Talking To Americans' should be required learning material for High School Students in the USA.....Yes, yes it should be! -RandalGraves *Hug and a pat on the head* If you ever want to chillax and need someone to watch the midget over a long weekend, let me know. -TranceGemini Telescope shots? I volunteer at http://frostydrew.org/observatory/ and would love to hear what you've been doing. -SalParadise Batteries: I don't know if you would call 'em cheap, but I've had good luck at www.batteries.com. -GuitarGeek Ah, another FChan reader. Furry pr0n at its finest! -iFox Doug Winger -- my, that was... unusual! How naive of me to think I'd seen everything already. ;-) -concept14 If you're gonna go old-school, please leave some spaces so it won't mess up the page formatting... -namor If you're gonna go old-school, please leave some spaces so it won't mess up the page formatting... -namor "If its all the same to you, I'd rather have the money than the blowjob. (If it aint in Macy's Windows, who cares?)"....Riff and I are speechless! It is not easy at all to top burkiss (and I don't mean in the biblical sence). Exxxcellennnt! -Magenta I dont appreciate being called a NooB!!! (dont take it seriously) ;] -LowLevelFormat LMFAO at the Arthur quote. :-) -FixitWench fdisk (2 partitions) > install WinXP > Install Mandriva > grab a beer -objekt404 MCB = Miss Crybaby, who was the bane of Commander Data's workplace and the subject of numerous older stories on TSC. -concept14 Bill cosby on Vinyl? Then you might remember a certin lady talking about growing up and going through "Pu'Betty" -neuman1812 i have a contact on my phone - ICE. it my husbands mobile, it stands for in case of emergency. when i had my accident, the lovely passers by who comforted me, got my phone, spotted that, and rang him. -timelady Whne I read a "hair sink", all I could think of was a shag-lined bowl -Divinar Is the red cloth in your pocket her panties? -Divinar Shujin, please put your panties on. You're making me cry! <Literally, I'm sheding tears of laughter!> -TheGhost Shujin - Click Clack Moo's a great book, my daughter absolutely loves it. Have you read Giggle Giggle Quack too? -Westgate You going to join us in Toronto in August??? You aren't really that far... :D -evolvedstarfish oi, shujin, you ARENT the doctor, and *I* should know mate;) but give us a jelly baby anyway, mmkay? -timelady ST, I missed your mainboard post as I've been "offsite." But your story always touches me. I'll light a candle in the Japanese Orthodox Church in Nagoya. "Shu Awareme Yo"--Mercy to you and your family at this sad time. -GuitarGeek tried to listen in tonight to your radio show but seems it requires windows media player to work and Firefox and Opera in linux both refuse to play :( -halitech Hey ShujinTribble, here a site for force wrapping text (like Markermage's comment that jacked up the format). http://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/zap.html -thebombthewoman Hi. I was very sorry to read about your Fujin. My father passed suddenly a few years ago from hemangiosarcoma, which is very similar to angiosarcoma. At the time, the doctors didn't give us much info, and this upset me deeply as I wanted to know more about what killed my dad. I couldn't find anything online about it either (at least in humans). Thanks for posting the link to your site on angiosarcoma. Now I have a better understanding of this terrible disease. Hopefully they will find a cure... in the meantime if there's anything I can do, please whiteboard me. - TC -TechnoCat What is F flat Minor? ;) -makillik <sings>'Tribble's got a fat arse, 'Tribble's got a fat arse!</sings> -Gromit Heya Tribs. PM for my new number--it's a Verizon prepaid so you can implicate me out of context all ya want. <3 Miss ya! -TranceGemini Hey nice star! Yeah. I know I'm late but was gone for a week. Still a nice star. -Rabbitt ST, you don't need luck for the ride. You've got it in the bag. And last I checked, you guys cleared the $1000 hurdle. Keep your head up, and remember to follow TTs instructions on where to go... Because the women stop for directions, but we don't. -exzyle2k congrats on the successful ride. Do you have a contact to see if they would be interested in running the event up here in Canada? I've known too many people who have fought and lost the battle to not do anything. I am running folding@home on 2 systems but would like to do more. Take care and keep up the good fight, I know Fujin is proud of you. -halitech I've gotten this line 2 times. Once was when the customer was asking us to load cracking tools onto his computer so he could bootleg movies. The second was when the customer was asking me to give him some high-dollar freebies to thank him for his "bidness". -linkv Your anniversary is July 18th? I'm creeped out here, so's mine. Raise a glass of your preferred beverage to her for me. -Divinar LOL @ Data doing Monty Python. -concept14 Yes I'm also a fan of ISIHAC, and JAM, and Quote, Unquote, and The News Quiz, and The Now Show, and HHGTTG, and ... most of Radio 4 comedy... and the older stuff from BBC Radio 7 - I'm sorry I'll read that again, The Navy Lark, Beyond Our Ken, Round the Horn.... -Wonko The Sane The reason that mice have small balls is that very few of them know how to dance. -atomicbill I saw this and thought of the comment you made about opposable thumbs... http://tinyurl.com/jzqxu -evolvedstarfish Someone's getting laid on a pile of origami? Now that's bent. ;-) -concept14 talk to m about yr bike ride.maybe i can do something with that here for my january ride. and teh good news i s- the physio loke dat me and said - 'january? bah! you will be riding before that!' -timelady Nope, not too obscure (See my profile for my website addy). P.S. Hippo Birdies to the Tiny Tribble -deskmonkey Trance & I arrived physically unscathed... i must sleep now... TTYL -DedSysOp ShujinTribble - Don't worry too much about it. Worry when we start paging you instead of burrkiss! -Divinar Hey-You were gifted a tshirt with your star membership. I just need to know what size you would like and where we can ship it to. Thanks! -Hawkswifey ST - I've said it before, but I really regret never having met Fujin. -Divinar "Burky?! Did you do programming at Infocom back in the 80's?" That was actually one of the nights that I roofied you. I'm amazed that you remember. :P -burrkiss But, they never stop jerking for you! -illiterate "Oh, Burkiss... as if YOU'VE ever had a bad suck." <shows teeth> Knob Slob? -burrkiss Give me a ring at my yahoo e-mail. I need you to post something for me that you inspired. You'll love it. My address is my tsc nick at yahoo dot com. -maciarc http://reviews.cnet.com/4566-6490_7-0.html?filter=501502_7895942_ its cnet's review of mp3 players - filtered through those that do ogg vorbis:) i prsonally have a creative zen vision:m. its use as a removable hdd ROCKS. it doesnt do ogg,but thats ts only lack. -timelady http://www.iriver.com/html/product/prpa_product.asp?pidx=61 is a nice unit that i have read bout getting running for linux, and while it doesnt ogg initially, the latest firmware upgrade DOES add ogg capacity. -timelady Some of the samsungs do ogg, too. http://www.samsung.com/au/mp3/compare.asp damn i am up early. enough research from me:) -timelady /me White-Out's BurrKiss' dictionary listing and writes in, "c-a-l-e-n-d-a-r" Just for that, I'm going to leave my tags open on my next story! :P -burrkiss =^;^= -TranceGemini http://www.techcomedy.com/single/single.php?content_number=61916 Yay! I got a namecheck! -lineswine ST, it's *Merriam*-Webster. May I pick my own appointment for your well justified LART? -CTYankee Oh Shujin boy!!! http://matsuganeyoko.hp.infoseek.co.jp/ -viennasausage Never had heard of Ogg Vorbis until now. Wow, what a difference compared to compressed MP3.... -vacuumtubes Thanks for the well-wishes, ST. Happy Holidays to you! -NightSteel And presnts were given,
there was laughter and cheer.
HappyCrappy sits alone,
feeling empty and queer.
He too is missing someone,
his mom isn't here...
he wishes she was, just one more year.
No angels, no tinsel, no lil bell,
just HC in his own little hell.
We miss them, ST, and goddamn its hard,
no angels, no bells,
Hallmark doesn't make this card. -HappyCrappy Doubt doesn't mean that you made a mistake, only that you're introspective. -concept14 I am sure that she understands, forgives, and continues to love you for everything you did or didn't do. Every word left unspoken is heard, every deed left undone is seen. She's with you, she's in your soul. She's part of you, more than any physical connection can show. Spirits are energy, and the first law of thermodynamics states that "Energy can be changed from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed" and that's all that happened hear. Her energy was changed and melded with yours. I hate to see you in this much pain, and I hope that time eases these wounds. Rest easy my friend, rest easy. -exzyle2k Hi! When you get a chance, could you send me some pointers on Thunderbird's Junk Mail filters? They don't seem that useful to me, from what poking around I've done (but I'm also spoiled by SpamBayes.org for Outlook, so that may be an attitude problem on my part...) -CTYankee roflmfao...I've been warned about your posts, but has anyone ever told you that you are certifiably nuts? ;) -EtherRabbit Baby please. I am not from Havana :) -neuman1812 Firefox. Clint Eastwood. You owe me dinner. Toots. -burrkiss I'm hoping my wife overcomes her ordeal with breast cancer better than your wife with her cancer. She got her head shaved today (her hair started to fall out from the chemotherapy), and she's miserable, staying with her parents in PA. Mike S. -MSimmons777 LOL at "make your Save vs Wild Expectations" :) -Diptera Shujin, I'd like to nominate virtualchoirboy as the winner of your one-liner contest. :D -Galandar Shujin, did you know your posts have delayed effects?
"Wasn't there a collection of three men plus one dog trying to prevent this type of networking once upon a Saturday morning ago?"
I finally got it... 3 days later. Now I'm laughing my pants off both at the post and at my late reaction. :D -TheGhost Your b'day of 04 March means that I'm older than you by 12 years less 1 day. My b'day is 05 March. Not only are we both Roosters, we're both fish (Pisces). -MSimmons777 I'm March f... fifteenth :p (just thought I'd throw that out there) -evolvedstarfish Lol, could have been the Pepsi Driver, but he probably wouldn't have left the trademark exposed.
TY from an ex-NY'er. Partied a few times in Fredonia in 85/86. Don't miss the snow here in TX, but do miss the beautiful country. Luck in all u do. -michko Happy birthday
HUGS
-HairTech Happy Birthday! (sorry, I'm a little behind on my TSC reading) -linkv Shujin, on the 2/29 lLOD, some of us MIGHT have that arm. I could throw a 90 MPH fastball in HS, can still stich an axe pretty good at 40 ft. -HappyCrappy Shujin - saw your comment on a show you're doing about places to get freeware. Thought I'd toss this your way: ... http://www.filehippo.com/ -Ramblin we know of the problems.. best part is were were caught completly offgarde. see my post. your about as happy as we are. -Harm http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5825493270005637835&q=D%26D -burrkiss Hey, fluffy tribble friend, if you ever need an ear hand shoulder or comforting friend, I'm always here. just email me if you want my number or anything. (the big butt club) -teivrann My what a large posterior you have there big fellow. Congrats. -Rabbitt Look.. over the lake there's a new mountain range! Oh.. sorry ST, thats just your big butt! Welcome back to da club, bub!
-Darkridr Eh, its my way of contributing to the Ride for Rosewell from the south. :) -virusjtg ST. Thanks for caring. I appreciate the thoughts. I'm trying REAL hard to keep my spirits up, and your comment means a lot. -DataSolutions My mistake, I guess I could have read your member info; I thought I saw something that made me think Long Island. Well, no matter. Either way, great job with the ride! -beerman Hi tribble. I do have my vonage up if you need anything at all. Just email me for my number if you want it. I know what losing someone to cancer is like. my grandfather left us just over a year ago. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers as I always do. hugs to you and the tiny tribble -AdmiralLaurie After reading one of your recent comments, just curious about something. Are you a Silent Hill fan? (The games, not the movie :P ) -Galandar I want to hear about the coffee system. -FixitWench Did I see a posting from you on FA recently? I'm fairly sure I did... -VoiceOfSanity Ah yes, I remember TGIF Friday. It was October, 1996. I was in some suburb of Detroit, MI, attending a training session with a vendor we were signing up with to resell an SMTP gateway. My brother came up from Dayton, Ohio, to see me. We went to a TGIF. While goofing off (a common occurance with my bro), he flicked a piece of wadded paper past my ear and down the cleavege of a rather well endowed lady at the next table. Luckily she was rather amused instead of insulted. -CyBear I saw this comic: http://www.twolumps.net/d/20070820.html -- looked up the new vocabulary at Urban Dictionary, then asked myself "Why didn't I learn that word from Shujin?" -concept14 I remember when your wife passed. My mother died at home after 7 years with colon cancer in March of this year. I'm browsing over the site that ive missed so much in the last several months, saw a post by you, and thought of your wife and your posts after. Thanks for those, after the fact-it helps to read through them and remember good stuff. -Alathea Thank you, just...thank you. 'Nuff said. -Loon http://icanhascheezburger.com/2007/08/28/im-in-ur-chare/ -evolvedstarfish Went and looked at the Weakest link, ended up watching all 6 pieces. Sent to a friend that is a huge Dr Who fan. Thanks! -NanoGeek You, sir, are definitely one sick puppy. I salute you! (with my HAND dagnammit! Nothing else, OK?) You may already have gone head to head with burkiss (steady now!) but, if so, I want to see the rematch! -Loon If X won't start with Ubuntu, here's the command to use: sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg. If Bulletproof X goes berserko, you'll have to boot Ubuntu in recovery mode to get to a prompt. Once you get through answering all the questions for configuring X, it should back up the old file, write the new file, and start X with a basic video configuration. Then you can use the new GUI to configure the card and monitor the way they should be. -clockkingfl the timedude thanks you! (and so do i:) ) -timelady Alan E. Nourse's The Universe Between was one of the first SF books I checked out from the library. www.bn.com has used copies from $2.99. -concept14 Trials and Tribble-ations was on Spike tonight ^__^ -evolvedstarfish I'm *very* behind on my TSC reading... just now saw the pics of TinyTribble's first day at school. She's a beautiful little girl, and I wish her all the best. Congrats. :-) -linkv No star, so can't update Soapbox directly.
Hartford, CT: 25 F, freezing drizzle, wind gusts >20mph -purplelinguist Feel free to contact me while your in this neck of the woods. :D -missourimule I hope your family support call doesn't become a nightmare! Let's hope that an off the shelf PSU does the job. Best wishes to you and TT at this time of year. Your comments have kept me laughing since march or so and encouraged me to join when I did. Some day I'll be as good as you at trivia but at present you're definitely the master! -Loon BTW, one of my clients is a tech recruiting firm...send me your res if you want me to put it in front of them? I've got an appt. there on Fri, 2/8/08 -CTYankee I'm on 14 straight days of work, about 10 hour days because of this move. The OT kicks ass, but I feel like I've been whacked with ever Klingon painstick in the empire. TWICE. -TechieSidhe It was the mail gateway which was named "Bifrost". After EMEA IT nixed our Edda scheme we switched to Kalevala, using the Swedish translation. That took "them" one day to figure out and nix. At that point EMEA IT took over and named servers like "CPH_mailgateway_main", "CPH_mailgateway_backup", "CPH_voipgateway_main" etc. Rumour says the head of EMEA IT operations is a born-again christian; don't know if it's true but it would explain a lot... -NordicPT my thoughts and karmarsupials on way for much fundraising. my amaryllis girl raised over AU$500 towards research and support services. may you raise much money, and your spirits. i can only express my deepest admiration. and hugs to the TinyTribble (bet she is getting less tiny every day, huh? they do that:) ) -timelady Many KarmaBats will ride with you this year. I will see what I can do to get donations for this worthy cause. -MrsTechnoVamp Hey, I have been thinking about you and wondering how you and TinyTribble are doing. I, not only will be walking in the Light the Night, but am signed up for the Race For the Cure. While I am still able, I am going to try to do all I can to promote and support cancer awareness. My next appointment is Friday. This will be 4 years, and the doctor said this one is critical, as it has been 4 years since my last diagnosis. I feel great, working full time and paying bills. My thoughts are with you.
-persephone I wanted to make an online donation, but could not find the area that gave your team credit for it. I found the donation site, but want to make sure your team gets the credit for the donation. Thanks. -persephone I say this with the utmost respect. You son of a bitch! I just got the 'see no elk' joke. Priceless. -VFox -VFox I wanted this to be a little more personal. You were on my mind last week. Our tiny community held our anual 'Relay for Life' to benefit the American Cancer Society. My oldest took the 12:30 a.m. shift, and I walked from 7:30-8:30. The goal was to raise 110,000.00 as a group...we surpassed that before the Relay started
. In the 24 hour relay, we raised over 136,000.00. I was recently diagnosed with a heart condition, that stems from the radiation and chemotherapy. I got a little tired walking the whole hour, but I had a purpose and reason. For the relay, it wasn't about the journey, it was about the destination. It is my feeling that we WILL find a cure. My hugs to you and TinyTribble. -persephone Hmm, AnthroCon you say? Well, as a longtime lurker on this site, I'd be interested in meeting ya there.
