1st i must say it sucks to hear you will be cut so that someone who might have to run to a bomb shelter every 15 mins instead of take calls is replacing you. I work for a telecomm company that is outsourcing for one of the baby bells. I used to have aol, but i left them before my IQ dropped lower them 3 points. Anyway, hang in there, take a small vacation(you deserve it, dammit) and then look around they'll be a lot of companies looking for someone like you. -spanky
hey , not sure if you still work with aol, but thursday i talked to 4 different techs,and 1 blatantly LIED to me about everything, and then the last has not followed through on my complaint so i have to repeat it over again like i did thursday night 4 times! do you know how i report someone. an employee? or how i report that the service has been awful. the last lady was american, but the woman who full out lied to me was from india. i don't have any ids, but i'm sure they have it on my account? i'm tired of aol, and now i'm in a contract and have to pay 20 dollars wether i like it or not. i want out of this. -ladona
