I have no technical related degree whatsoever. I have a CCNA, which is so out of date, the only thing it's good for is covering a stain on the wall. All my experience is from the school of the real world. I've been in tech going on 10 years now, most of it doing help desk or systems support of some kind. I wouldn't mind being a manager one day, but part of me likes being insulated from the crap that always seems to roll downhill.
I've been described as too nice for IT. However, that is a ruse to hide my continual study and application of BOFHido.
