Yeah I worked for client logic, for a whole 2 months before I got to my current employer! :) But like I said, it's not rurprising that people get this identical call with "Cannot find win.com!" or the infamous "No operating system found!" -techienvegas

Wow! From reading your whiteboard and your latest post, it seems we've had the same jobs. I worked the Gateway account at Service Zone/Client Logic in Louisiana for a year. They lost that account and I did Samsung and DirecTV before quitting there and going to the Geek Squad for about 9 or 10 months. -Zayda
