Bio: Time for a 2013 update. I used to be a Team Lead for my company's Tech Support Center assisting both clients and employees. Due to the constant changing currents of the IT business model, one side of the job was off shored and the other half was outsourced. I left IT and the call center environment in late 2012 for an entirely new job and career. After all, it's never too late to learn something new right? My US team was eliminated in 2013. Oh, and please don't make assumptions from the nick, I am male. The name has a personal meaning.
