Toshiba support for Satellite 1800 is under http://www.portables.toshiba.com/ -- follow the service & support link and then.. uh... Ask IRIS (read: knowledge base) is probably your best bet. Bear in mind that there's a whole bunch of 1800's sorted by submodel(?) which is a number almost impossible to find. I remember with my laptop (1800+), I ended up going thru the list specs-by-specs until I found my own. -WildKard
