I just read your ranting comment about the BS stuff you are required to do. I remember my last gig they started teling us we had to give people the support.microsoft.com address at the end of every call. WTF? 9 out of 10 people would put a WWW in front of the f*cking address so it wont work anyway, why drive up my call times by having to spell it out when NOBODY will use it anyway? That and the idea of a "closing email" whenever we close a case. Yeah, great way to make it so I have to contact every nutjob that emails me back with same or different issue. They had a tool that tracked whether we answered messages that came directly into the case too. Bad mojo on you if you didn't answer! MS bastards . . . anyhow, I feel your pain! -DarthLuke
