Bio: Been doing Internet Tech Support since Sept 1999.
A law should be passed requiring a license to get within 10 yards of any computer. Part of the requirements for this license would be the abilities to SEE (wear your glasses when trying to do so), HEAR (make sure your hearing-aid is in the proper ear, turned on, and has working batteries), read/write/understand basic English (at least if you're going to be operating any computer equipment in the USA), and follow simple instructions such as: "click the left mouse button once to highlight that".
I'm at this site to regain my sense of humor when dealing with flesh inhabiting entities that couldn't pour piss out of a boot with instructions printed on both ends...
