Bio: Teir 2 tech fot AT&T Worldnet. I really can be an asshole to customers and level one techs if provoked..If not i usually am considerate to the people i deal with. What annoys me most?....Tier 1 guys who insist on ripping apart a customer's PC when the internet conection doesn't work instead of pinging anything first, then i have to put the whole thing back together becuase some Jackass doesn't know how to troubble shoot
