Garwain, where/how can I learn the skills to pass your interview? Schooling around here is a joke even if I did have the time/money for a regular class. But while I am fully qualified for my job, I really need networking skill to go further; and at the moment, most networking questions seem to be above my understanding. -KuroTaka

Seriously, garwain you really DO need to switch. What country/state are you in? I was paying $15.00 at Wachovia for Checking, but noticed that they offered free checking on their website. I called and was switched in about 30 seconds. Nothing really changed except that I didn't have to pay $15.00 a month anymore. Washington Mutual has really made the banks around here become more competitive by offering "no strings" free checking. Hopefully your area has something similar. (No, I don't work for Wachovia.) -normntaz

Re: Restoring things in Exchange -- You do know about the recovery store, don't you? With Exchange 2k3 and (apparently) Exchange 2k with SP4 or later, you can create a recovery store and restore to it; UltraBac does this automagically. You then associate a bogus account on your server with a mailbox in the recovery store, open both mailboxes from admin, and drag the required item across. -chazz
