13hr/day - 3.5days/wk t/s for g-way, h*ghes, hellsouth, b*st-buy or comcast. they start you at $9 for 90days and then $12 for the yr. raises depending on performance stats bs. - i have no complaints, $15/hr + minor comm from sales.

Its a fine little machine yeah, our students are snapping em up like hot cakes. If you have the extra bucks, I'd really shell out for the 14" screen. The 12" is a dinky little machine, but when you have a app like Photoshop open with a few palletes on screen, it doesnt really leave you much real-estate to work in. 256 mb is a little light. OSX 10.3 will run ok, but give it half a gig and it'll fly. Being a tech, I'm prolly teaching grannie to suck eggs here, but clock speeds are not like for like between Mac's and PC's. You'll be surprised just how nippy a "1 Ghz" Proc is on this side of the fence. And yeah you do get a shitload of software with it, check out http://www.apple.com/ilife/ for some of the goodies that ship free. -Digital Dogcow

Postal: You said "What's a Xupiter?" It's a spyware / adware / search hijack toolbar control that is almost as difficult to get rid of as CoolWebSearch. If you ever see a machine with a Xupiter homepage, you're looking at either about two hours of cleanup or a nuke&pave. -chazz

Re: your main page post. Is the Saturn a manual or automatic? Someone said the RPM up, MPH stable issue sounds like transmission and I agree. But if it's a manual your clutch could be slipping. -GuitarGeek
