Bio: I do first and second level desktop support for an insurance company. I have one Cornish Rex cat, named Shira, which is the Hebrew word for song. I'm actually bordering on being a major dweeb since I'm not only a computer geek, but also a classical musician. I love reading science fiction and fantasy, and am a huge fan of Stargate SG-1, Babylon 5 and Buffy, the Vampire Slayer.

it's a very technical process, but here goes: 1. pick up the laser printer, 2. drop it on the head of the starfish 3. repeat steps 1 and 2 as necessary.... -duckhead -duckhead
