Amen, man! 60% of the techs I work with are know-it-alls. Scandisk and defrag...that will fix everything. If they just canned all those guys, maybe we wouldn't have so many calls back, and they could afford to pay those 40% of us who actually know what we're doing better to do things right the first time. -ladysethos
