I think Prince over-acted in Under the Cherry Moon - though I really liked the soundtrack. Graffitti Bridge was good, Purple Rain, well, of course... I've got some videos of his, and they're... cheesy. But I can't help liking some of his musical style and all. I actually started with the Symbol album (circa 1992-3) when he changed his name, and *like* Batman... so, I guess, to each his own. :) -namor
Yeah, wasn't part of his claim to fame that he started out doing *everything*, including the mixing, on his albums? Showing off, well, it was a tad overdone, but I like it. Crush from that was a good song... I guess he *had* to match the over-the-top dramatics of Tim Burton, in some ways. -namor
